Our portfolio of consultancy and support services are available in a range of different formats to ensure that clients can make suitable choices in relation to their organisation. We place great emphasis on a solid consultant-client relationship and therefore the aims and objectives of each project are outlined and agreed in advance to ensure clarity in service provision and client expectations.

An Introduction

Proficient Practice will provide a formal introduction on receipt of a client enquiry. This may be conducted in person, via the telephone or e-mail dependant on location, time schedules and client preference. The introduction — a free and no-obligation service — is an opportunity for clients to make further enquiries and for our consultants to discuss service requirements.

An Initial Consultation

Proficient Practice will provide an initial consultation including a detailed audit of the relevant areas of the organisation. Our consultants will analyse the organisation's processes, functions and information as well as management and business techniques. Once the consultation is completed, a detailed report will be produced for the client outlining the consultants' findings and advising on the recommended course of action.

Consultancy and Support

Proficient Practice will assist and support clients on a consultancy basis to help ensure that recommendations made in the Initial Consultation Report or any other tasks highlighted are undertaken. We will clearly outline our role including estimated time, charges and resources. We can also provide training and guidance to the management team and employees to equip the organisation with the necessary skills to familiarise and continue working with new processes and changes.

Project Management

Proficient Practice will undertake tasks on a project management basis as required by the client. This can be particularly useful for smaller organisations which do not have as much scope for taking on additional in-house staff or when an organisation finds it beneficial to utilise our specific expertise for a long-term development programme.
